Leesa Tuffnell
Leesa Tuffnell is a seasoned Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience across various sectors including occupational rehabilitation, disability, mining, hospital, private practice and community care. She earned her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from the University of Queensland in 2003 and holds certifications in Training & Assessment and Mental Health First Aid. Additionally, Leesa is an accredited NLP Practitioner, Coach and Yoga Instructor.
Her career has seen her excel in roles such as Lead Clinician, Supervisor, and Senior Manager, with significant contributions to Quality Assurance, Clinical Excellence, Product Management, Research, Learning and Development, and Risk Management.
Throughout her career, Leesa has benefited from the mentorship of leading Occupational Therapists and has further enriched her expertise by studying under private coaches, specialist doctors, neuroscientists, and psychotherapists.
Leesa’s comprehensive background, combined with her commitment to ongoing development of clinicians, make Leesa a powerhouse in the field of occupational therapy.
